The Port on The Square is where you get to live properly – comfy, stylish, and right in the middle of Bristol. With a mix of modern and historic blocks, you’re not just close to uni, you’re also where Banksy’s art thrives!
Our location is unbeatable – Uni of Bristol? 20-minute walk. UWE? 15 minutes by bus. BIMM? You can literally roll out of bed as it’s 2 minutes away. DBS? 20-minute walk. Getting around is easy too. Cabot Circus and Broadmead shopping centre are 2-minute walk away. Temple Meads Station is just a 10-minute bus ride, Bristol Airport’s about 30 minutes away, and some of Bristol’s best coffee spots like Greytone, Lost Horizon, and Wogan are right around the corner when you need a caffeine fix or a chill spot.
Inside, there’s loads of good stuff for everyone. There’s a private cinema for movie nights, karaoke machine, a games area with arcade games, board games, pool table and a PS5 console (bookable and perfect for some downtime), a gym when you feel like moving, quiet study space with arts and crafts available to help you unwind, and books to read, a meeting room for those group projects and a new amenity in progress – can you guess what it will be? The communal lounge and dining room are great for hanging out or throwing dinner nights with your mates – there are hot pots available where we often host our Ramen Days, and the courtyard is perfect for catching some sun, chatting with friends, playing ping-pong or just getting out of your room for a bit.
We’ve also got you covered with breakfast (days might vary), coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in our coffee bar area. Oh, and don’t forget our matcha station – it’s super popular for iced matcha drinks with syrups, and we will supply your milk and ice cubes!
