Welcome to The Pepper Mill! A brand-new student accommodation in Edinburgh, with everything you’ll ever need, all under one roof. Perfectly located for university students, this accommodation offers an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and community giving you that ‘home away from home’ experience.

Take a closer look....and you will soon see the close attention to detail throughout the accommodation! All studios are carefully designed with their own kitchenette, ensuite shower and carefully selected furniture.

We have truly remarkable social spaces for you to enjoy at The Pepper Mill, and you’ll be making new acquaintances in no time. Relax in The Pepper Mill’s cosy lounge with a multitude of comfy seating areas, waiting for you to kick back and wind down after a long day of lectures! With a private study room and library, you can focus on your course work or revise for your exams in a dedicated study environment with friends or on your own. Afterwards, reward yourself with a game of pool or table tennis in the games room. There’s up to 250 Mbps Wi-Fi included in your stay, so your virtual presence is fully supported wherever you might be in the building.

Fancy a chilled evening watching a movie, our cinema room provides a comfy space to relax with friends. If you fancy cooking with others, use our shared kitchen dinning space, where you can entertain your friends or enjoy the odd cooking class or enjoy your breakfast with your friends!

There’s also a fully equipped gym and fitness room on-site with all the right stuff. Start your day off right and head for a workout! There's also a laundry room and bicycle storage provided and some super, landscaped gardens. To ensure your total safety, there’s CCTV on-site and a smart door entry system for maximum security with entry only by residents living with us.

Sign up to the gym or book sole use of the study room! Perhaps you want to find someone to join you for a run in the morning…use The Pepper Mill app to partner with other running enthusiasts. Ordered a parcel, the App will alert you when it has arrived!
