Opening in summer 2026, Timber Yard will be the go-to spot for students who want it all. From our south-facing landscaped courtyard featuring over 200 planted, established trees to the stunning views along the Feeder Canal, this is Bristol living at its finest. Grab a coffee with new friends, soak up the views from our 6th-floor roof terrace, or pick up the energy a different way—hitting the weights or cardio in one of our two modern gyms, or shooting hoops on the half-court basketball court.

Timber Yard is just moments away from the University of Bristol's newest campus, too, making it a perfect blend of calm and community. With multiple dedicated study spaces dotted throughout the building, you'll always find a quiet corner to focus when you need it.

Another truly unique aspect of life at our property is our partnership with local graffiti artist Rich T. This means every amenity space will be filled with bespoke murals and artwork, creating a one-of-a-kind backdrop you won't find anywhere else.

You can choose from a selection of studios and ensuite rooms, all designed for student life. Each space has plenty of storage, a comfy study area and high-speed Wi-Fi, so you can stay organised and online. When you need a break, head to our cinema room, belt out your favourites in the karaoke room, record a podcast in the media suite, or challenge your pals in one of the two games rooms. Head up to the 13th-floor private dining room and cook up a feast while enjoying stunning Bristol vistas, or hang out in one of our exclusive residents' spaces spread across the building.

Beyond your front door, there's always something happening. The Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone surrounds you with cafés, bars and pop-up markets, while water taxis and buses connect you to Temple Meads station via the new Eastern Entrance opening alongside the Enterprise Campus. Fancy trying something new? Explore the nearby art studios and coffee houses, or join a student-led event in one of our social spaces.
