From our south-facing landscaped courtyard featuring over 200 planted, established trees to the stunning views along the Feeder Canal, this is Bristol living at its finest. Grab a coffee with new friends, soak up the views from our 6th-floor roof terrace, or pick up the energy a different way—hitting the weights or cardio in one of our two modern gyms, finding your flow in the fitness studio, or shooting hoops on the half-court basketball court.


Timber Yard is just moments away from the University of Bristol's new Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus, set to open in September 2026. This promises to give residents a perfect blend of calm and community. It’s also an ideal base for those studying a bit further, as the University of Bath is only a 45-minute easy commute away with great transport links.
